The technique for recording this album was very unusual in that instead of the group getting together in the studio and recording simultaneously I started recording "The Busker" with four different movements, as a solo instrument. I then added the trumpet on another day and the violin, dulcimer, washtub bass and myself playing a Kurzweil. on yet another day. Lastly I invited a reed player in to work his magic with the spoken word artist coming in to finish last.
